Other Evidence-Based Therapies

While our primary focus at Greenville DBT Collective is on providing comprehensive, stage 1 DBT treatment, many of the providers within our community utilize other evidence-based therapies to help clients move through further stages of treatment and ultimately build their lives worth living. Many of the therapies below can be helpful treatment options once a client has completed the first stage of DBT. These may also be useful alternatives for individuals who do not need comprehensive DBT.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals process and resolve distressing memories, emotions, and physical sensations. ART combines the power of eye movements with other established modalities to assist the brain in reframing difficult experiences in a safe, empowering way. Many individuals experience relief in just a few sessions.
