Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine creates a temporary state where rigid patterns of thought, emotion, and self-protection can soften, opening space for healing. In this state, you and your therapist work together to explore and integrate what arises, always grounded in safety, connection, and respect for your pace. For trauma work, Ketamine-Assisted Trauma Therapy (KATT) combines ketamine with trauma-informed approaches like EMDR or Deep Brain Reorienting to gently access deeper layers of experience.
This process helps the nervous system process experiences that were once overwhelming, easing dissociation, emotional numbness, and chronic distress. Many people describe their sessions as profoundly meaningful, bringing clarity, emotional release, or renewed connection with self. Over time, ketamine-assisted therapy fosters a deeper sense of wholeness, vitality, and peace, supporting reconnection with the inner wisdom that has always been present.
